It was the best thing happened to us to have met Michaela (Pixi) throughout our search. We met her at one of the open house in our neighborhood. From the moment we met her, we were really comfortable talking to her, she was very sincere and tried to understand our need. We had been looking about 6 months before we met Pixi but having a hard time in our search. After we hired Pixi as our agent, things started moving quickly and we are finally able to find our first house!! She is very professional, yet friendly, always reminded us that she is there for us. She replies our text, emails and phone calls promptly and communicated to us if there is the time frame she could not take our calls. The communication is crucial in this fast passed real estate market. She was with us every steps throughout our search, from open house, arranging the showing, putting offers and inspections. Also, she guided us to make a right decision but always valued and respected our decisions, never ever pushed us to make a decision. Boston real estate market is crazy now, however, we appreciated her sticking to her core belief; she is very conservative and never asked us to waive any contingencies to get a house (i.e inspections and loans and etc.) or go above our comfortable zone in terms of offer price, which closely aligned with ours. We know some agents sometimes recommends to do so to get a house. Overall, our experience with Pixi was absolutely great.
